After an hour I came back in and had to wait another 30 minutes. I usually stay at La Quinta down the street but they were booked but I’ve never had to deal with anything like that with them. I understand if it was a slight delay but it was an hour and a half +30 minutes after check-in. The room should be ready at 3 PM. They were also telling other guests that they had to wait. The lady at the front desk was very kind but I will not be staying there again."
