Chalets rustiques à Sunrise

« The exterior and grounds of the building were nice and I was impressed when we drove up to the hotel. Once inside there was a mop bucket and mop I stored in the lobby. The desk clerk was outside when we arrived and had to run in to greet us. We took the elevator up to our room on the third floor. We could smell an unpleasant odor going to our room. We left our belonging and took the stairs down to go eat. The stairs were covered in carpet and were filthy nasty. Handrails were dirty. ...

« This is the second time I’ve stayed here. It’s very clean. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is better than most hotel breakfast with a good selection and very efficient and friendly staff making sure you have everything you need. Our room had a great air conditioner and the shower was nice and hot. »

« I had a really bad experience, It was expensive $67,59 for a really smelly and nasty room, the bathroom was very dirty and with stained towels, the toilet and tub were filthy and disgusting. I was desperate to get a room to stay only one night, because l was exhausted after driving my truck for 8 hrs. The worst part was the bathroom.AWFUL EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE. Don’t stay there please ever!! »

« Just don’t do it. The room smelled awful, rust in the bottom of the bathtub, mold or some sort of fungus on the floor leading to the wall, paint on the bedding, smelt like urine. Even the guy at the front desk said it will take an act of congress to get your money back from a refund. We left instantly after seeing our room. Run. »
