  • Relax and enjoy the comfortable atmosphere of this lake front home with your friends or family. Featuring an open floor plan: a large kitchen, family room with a fireplace, a 400 SF sunroom -- all with fantastic views of Lake Marion, stunning sunsets and sunrises. This property is perfect for relaxation and fun.

    The large fenced one acre lot is set up for play: fishing from the dock, croquet, cornhole, horseshoes, swimming from the dock (this area has a sandy bottom) -- or relax enjoy the lake breezes from the spacious deck as you prepare a meal on the Weber grill. Inside the fun continues with a ping pong table in the sunroom, and several large screen TVs, an ample DVD collection, board games and books. The property can accommodate trucks, a boat and trailer or bring your kayaks for more water play. The boat landing, Polly's landing is a short drive (4.5 miles) from the property.

    Enjoy your barbecue at the large dining table in the sunroom, the expansive bar that seats eight in the kitchen, or sit outside on the deck or dock. Amenities inside the home include: linens provided, washer & dryer, microwave, air fryer, all major appliances and a fully stocked kitchen (including a Keurig coffee maker that handles by the pot or pods).

Our stay was lovely with the house being removed far enough from the lake to spend most of the time on the lawn. The porch, fire pit, and hammock are all so welcoming and relaxing.

This home is our #1 choice for a lakeside stay. We have stayed here for our annual fishing trips for 4 years. Best kitchen ever. So well equipped. Large enough for us to spread out but still with the feeling of cozy. The beds are comfortable. The dock is where we stay for Saturday so we are still fishing. The grill is super nice. Activities include ping pong and corn hole. The fire pit is set up and ready to use. Jim, our host, is so easy to contact and talk with. This is where we will keep going back for our annual fishing trip.

The booking experience was simple... and once booked, the communication with the host was kind, courteous, and professional.The property is incredibly accommodating. It was well-stocked, clean and we felt at home. Beautiful lake views from the back of the house.We have already started planning a return trip to this house. This place was amazing. It was my husband and his friend that stayed for a fishing tournament. Plenty of boat parking, very helpful owners, super clean and spacious. It was their favorite place that they have ever stayed.

Total Relaxation

This was our second stay at this cozy lake house. The owners are exceptionally hospitable and friendly. So easy to communicate with for a super relaxing stay on the banks of Lake Marion. Beautiful lake views with lots of windows to enjoy them. I hope we can stay there again soon!

Great location on the lake

Perfect location for a getaway for our family. The house was clean and as advertised. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking dishes/utensils/etc. Host was super communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely would recommend this place.

Fabulous view lake house

Relaxing on the Lake

Beautifully quiet and peaceful place to visit! Our group of six adults went to Cypress gardens very educational it's a must see place! If you like kayaking , boating, biking fishing ect it's all here!!

Beautiful sunsets!

Very nice and clean home! It was very well stocked with extra towels, wash cloths, etc. I had a large family staying together here for a family vacation and we never needed to contact the hosts for anything! It was very pleasant and we would come back here again!

Awesome Lake house with a beautiful view.

We had an amazing week with the kids and Grandkids. Perfect for swimming, boating and fishing. House had all the things we need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Kitchen was stocked with everything for making all the kids favorite foods. Very laid back and relaxing. Will definitely visit again.

Family Time

We arrived at the house at about 4 p.m. to check in. It was very clean and spacious enough to accommodate us all. The view of the lake was breathtaking. The house and accommodations were everything that we could wish for. We would like to go back sometime this summer when we can swim in the lake.
