"Hotel was nice, spacious pool, nice hot tub, but had a weird VIP roped off gazebo area. Would be nice to treat all guest as if they were equally important. The "Pool View" room are on the first floor and have a balcony that faces the pool, however sits low so you cannot see the gulf whatsoever. the room was spacious and had a small mini-fridge. But the Biggest issue we had was the mildew moldy smell in the room. after two days, you could feel it in your throat. when I checked in, I asked about the room and they said nothing else was available.Its obviously due to having carpet in a room that close to the damp humid air from the balcony. it festered the odor and was quite noxious. but no help or options were offered for this obvious issue The breakfast was good. nice choices but the pancake machine was broken. The breakfast room flow was insane and very confusing to everyone. quite chaotic often. Overall, I would rate the hotel a 4/5 but the mildew infested carpet was not worth the $315 a night gets me to a 3/5."

"Great location on the beach and within the park. Beautiful wild beach and pools. Access to bikes was available to explore the park. Several dining options available."

"Room was clean but there were many things either broken or loose. (Bathroom fan not working, mirror loose on the wall, the doorstop at the top was only held on by one screw the rest were stripped, blinds in the fitness center were broken) Pool had green all around the edges. Breakfast was ok if you like all carbs and processed food. The shower did have great water pressure and the bed/pillows were comfortable. "
