"Very comfortable bed, plenty of hot water and spotless. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was good with lots to choose from. Location is good, close enough to the city centre to walk there in 10 minutes but not so close to be too busy or noisy"

Rooms are very comfortable and have everything you need. Only minor comment is Bathroom decor could do with a refresh but overall a very nice stay and would highly recommend a visit. "

"Good stay at this hotel, a convenient option for Stansted Airport. I appreciate the quick check-in despite a large group of guests arriving simultaneously off the shuttle bus. Bus to airport is convenient and frequent (every 30mins, 5 min ride, 4euro, buses run nearly 24hr). A little shabby in areas, but overall a good option for an early flight out of STN. "
