« The property was great and I love the fact there was near a shopping center with a Walmart in it »

« Une équipe formidable !!! Un lieu atypique »

« Staff was friendly and helpful, »

« A clean, pleasant hotel with lots of light and friendly staff in the middle of little Leonardtown. I actually asked the front desk if they were new because of how clean everything was and they said they did a major renovation about 5 years ago. Easy (and FREE) parking across the street. Our room (a king bed) was clean and quiet. If we're ever in the area again, this is where we'd stay. »

« They are currently undergoing renovations. Having said that, when I went into my room an turned on the lights the roaches started running. They moved me to upgraded newer room. Didn't see any roachs there but I could not help but be on the lookout for them. The only other issue I had was This was a second floor room over the entrance of the hotel, When people were out there talking you could hear every word they were saying (the windows are closed) Regardless of the bad, the staff was very good...

« I love this place.. I always make it my place while there »

« Had many issues with the room. The fan in bathroom was noisy. The plug for the hair dryer didn't work. The covers were dirty. The fire alarm went off multiple times during the night. »

« Nice place and will stay at again »

« Amazing little oasis! Unique home, with cool decor. Missun and Dave are so kinda and welcoming which made us feel so comfortable. You can tell they are loved because all the guests there are now regulars that keep coming back. »

« This was my first VRBO experience and I loved how easy it was. The cottage is rustic and simple but that’s exactly what I was looking for. I ended up not making it to the winery, but it was an easy drive into Colonial Beach and over to George Washington’s birthplace. And a cozy place to curl up and read during the afternoon thunderstorm! »

« Great place, super cute and walking distance to everything. Host was great! »

« If you want a quiet slice of VA/Potomac waterfront, this is the place. »

« This was a beautiful B&B to stay at! Parking and check in was so easy, as lol the information is sent to you ahead of time. So you can just go straight to your room with no formal check in or out. The property was just right next to multiple places to eat and just two blocks from the beach. Communication was also easy by using their text number. »

« Enjoyed our visit to Colonial Beach. Rented a golf cart for getting around town; highly recommend this method of transportation. Lovely view from the condo and easy access to the boardwalk, restaurants and bars. However, plan accordingly for the late-night, weekend live music next door at Tiki Hut.Spent an afternoon at the pool, which is not on-site. But with the golf cart, it was an easy, short commute. »

« We really enjoyed our stay at this lake house. The view is beautiful and the house is beautifully decorated and kid friendly. Just a really charming place to stay for a family vacation. »

« Property is exactly as described. We had a great week fishing and crabbing on the dock and even on the 2 days it rained, the house was so comfortable for chilling and watching movies. This house was well stocked with everything you would need. We forgot our Old Bay for the crabs but there was some already for us! Kelly and Thomas responded quickly to a couple of questions we had and made check in and out simple. My only suggestion would be to put window treatments on the windows in the...
