"Staff was unprofessional. We had to wait 45 minutes to check in and the only response was " Well you have a room with a balcony so it rakes longer to clean. Nothing else was done until we complained again to another manager. We also asked for our room to be cleaned and 3 hours later it still wasnt clean. Do not stay here"

"There was not a kitchen, only a mini fridge. It ended up freezing our food we brought, so it wasn't very helpful. "

"Wasnt able to check in until 3 on the dot.. there wasnt any shampoo or body wash in the shower.. there was trash under one of the beds... the ac wasnt that cold"

"Nice amenities. The pool area gets super crowded with people, placing towels on chairs in the early morning hours, so it’s almost impossible to get a lounge. But, it is a nice resort feel on the property. Rooms are spacious. Restaurant and Starbucks on site are convenient. There is also a shuttle that will take you to the main Old Town area of upscale shops, dining, etc."

"Rooms were awesome, staff was great! Casino was fun.. overall was wonderful. The only thing i really had an issue with was the main pool. It was dirty and some days the water had a foul odor. Pool needs to be cleaned and water properly treated."

"Two pool areas: larger, social area w/bar, hot tub, amp music, etc. and other (lap) pool area- much quieter, no bar or hot tub, very casual and relaxing. That’s where we spent time and that was quite enjoyable. Other area looked fun- we just weren’t in the mood. "

"The room was decent. It desperately needs a facelift, as the walls were falling apart and the shower frame was in terrible condition. The airport shuttle driver was supposed to bring us to the airport at 8AM, but he took his time eating a bagel and walking around behind the lobby while we waited by the door to leave. He ended up loading us up at 8:05, which was frustrating because we were in a hurry to catch a flight. We felt it was unprofessional and that he valued his own time more than ours. The breakfast selection was decent. There were muffins, DIY waffles, hardboiled eggs, breads and bagels, cereal, coffee, and juices available to guests. "
