Charming Sandy Point Home

  • Tout le luxe que vous souhaiteriez dans une location de vacances. Salle de bain principale avec douche et planchers chauffants. Plan d'étage joliment décoré et ouvert avec salle à manger formelle. Salle familiale avec poêle à granules, TV, téléphone fixe pour fax, Internet, jeux et livres. Il y a une 2ème chambre en bas avec lit gigogne. La 2e salle de bain complète en bas a une baignoire japonaise et une laveuse et une sécheuse empilables. Cuisine cuisine avec îlot et électroménagers en inox. Porche avant a une table pour manger et un canapé pour se prélasser. A l'étage se trouve un loft avec deux lits gigognes (4 couchages) et une chambre avec lit queen avec salle de bain Jack et Jill. La grange a des jouets et des chaises de plage.

    La maison est située à 1,6 km de la plage publique. Il est à 20 minutes de Belfast et à 45 minutes en dessous du parc national d'Acadia. Le magasinage le plus proche des grandes chaînes de magasins se trouve à Bucksport. Fabuleux marche à droite à Stockton Springs.

    La maison était l'ancien bureau de poste et est pleine de charme avec de merveilleuses mises à jour.

This house was so adorable and cozy! It comfortably fit all 8 of us with plenty more room. It’s very close to a beach and has a nice pond for paddling a boat around. We will definitely look this one up for our next stay in Maine.

Great location in Maine!

We really liked the location to travel to Belfast, Bangor and Bar Harbor! Lots of fun things to do and the house has everything you need!

Great house/Great location

Love the area of Stockton Springs , 3rd year staying near Sandy Point, love the quiet peaceful neighborhood, great location for exploring up and down the coast, hiking on Cadillac Mt & Mt Batty , kayaked in Stonington, oyster farm in Edgecomb , and of course Young’s Lobster Pound the best in ME

Wonderful Family Getaway

We had a terrific time staying at this idylllic home in the Stockton Springs area. It’s location was great for getting down the coast in either direction for exploring or going just down the road for fun at sandy beach. The home was wonderful and had everything we could need and more and the hosts were kind and easy to communicate with.

Maine vacay

We had a great time! It was perfectly located to everything we wanted to do. Acadia, Belfast and sandy point beach. Everyone had space! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home! The outside porch was really fun!

First Maine Trip

Cottage was perfect for a family of 6 adults. Plenty of room for sleeping and eating dinners together. It was nice to have three bathrooms also. The cottage is in a very quiet peaceful location. There are many things to do close by and not too far from Bar Harbor. We enjoyed our stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful Stockton Springs property!! The meadow out front was lovely and the house itself was all we could have asked for. Absolutely no problems and we would recommend it highly!

Perfect location and beautiful home

We came to Maine to experience the life along Maine’s coast- we picked this VRBO because of price, location, and the beauty of the home - the owner responded to our text’s quickly - we had no big issues with the property- and the handbook and email’s explained everything we needed to know. Was a wonderful trip- we went to Bucksport, Belfast, Camden and Acadia National Park.

Best VRBO ever

It was the best Vrbo we have ever stayed in. The layout was good for us as the sleeping room were not all on top of each other. The host gave wonderful info about local things to see, where shopping was located, and distances to places. The amenities were great and we didn't need anything that wasn't provided. We enjoyed the week and had a wonderful time. The beach was great for kids.

Cute house. The decor was eclectic and beautiful. Such a fun house to stay in. Plenty of space to spread out and have lots of beds. Beautiful property and lots of wild flowers. Very relaxing. Kate was quick to respond the one time we needed her.

Perfect for a large family

This is a beautiful, well maintained house with an updated an FULLY stocked kitchen and plenty of room for our group of 8 people. The hosts were also incredible thoughtful and welcoming. The house is full of toys, games, and items you might need, like bug spray.

Wonderful home !

Great stay - convenient to many coastal sights. Good grocery store about 8 minutes away. Comfortable beds and furniture. Well stocked kitchen and home. Lots of books, games and puzzles. Property was beautiful with many flowers in bloom. We enjoyed the screened in shelter by the pond. Owner responded quickly to questions and was very helpful. Highly recommend !

Wedding weekend

We had a family wedding at The French's Point which was like 3 minutes by car from this rental. The house was perfect for my family. I love the outside. Also we had a problem with one of the bathrooms and the owner was able to take care of it within an hour. Highly recommend this rental

Family wedding in Blue Hill, Maine

This was a lovely eclectic home. The photos don’t do it justice. It was comfortable, warm and inviting and had everything we needed plus lots of movies, games, stuff for the kids. Best stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen in a rental. Location was central to Belfast/Camden area to the “south” as well as a short 30 minute drive to Blue Hill and on to Acadia if you’d like. Cute little sandy beach just down the road.Owners responded quickly and check in/out was seamless.Highly recommend!

Fantastic home and host!

The home and property are just lovely - I wish we had enough time to fully utilize it all! We visited for a wedding at French’s Point and it happened in the midst of a storm which knocked out power in the entire area for half a day. The host was so helpful and supportive in making sure we were well informed and in case we needed anything. If we are ever back in this beautiful area, we would definitely stay here again! Thank you!!
