"Staff was very polite and helpful! Some Downfalls were that our keys stopped working a day before our checkout, we were able to get resolved rather quickly, just inconvenient. Whirlpool/jetted tub in the room that we specifically came to this hotel to use, was disgusting. We cleaned it 4 times and still it had gross brown scum floating in the water after the jets ran for a few minutes, which made us a little disgusted and uneasy. We were unable to use the jetted tub due to fears that the nasty scum would come out again. lastly, it seemed like there was not enough breakfast to go around."

"The management staff (Alfredo) was super nice and knowledgeable. The room was very clean and the fireplace was amazing. They had plenty of wood in the room and there was firestarters and matches right by the fireplace. They had a really nice continental breakfast and board games and DVDs available. The sunsets and views were amazing. We would definitely book here again!"
