"This home has so much character. The wood trim, old vents and even the bathtub. You walk out the back and the Hudson is right there. Such peace. If i am ever in the area again, i wouldn't hesitate to book it again."

"The place was very clean and very cute! Perfect for what I needed and in a great location. There were some issues getting in initially but it wasn’t the host’s fault. She was super helpful and responsive. Only thing that wasn’t provided were utensils and a hair dryer. But definitely manageable without those. Still a great weekend! Would definitely book again!"

The furniture was comfortable, AC units easy to manage, and the instructions for check-in, internet access, etc. were all clearly posted before and during the stay. "The apartment was clean and check in was smooth. We enjoyed being able to walk places easily. Some basics seemed to be missing - salt, pepper, a spatula - the bathtub was broken. Several windows could not shut all the way. I let the property manager know so hopefully this gets fixed before the next guests."

Parking was super convenient and is located in the perfect location downtown near all the restaurants, coffee shops and stores that downtown Saratoga has to offer. Host responded quickly and the check-in process was seamless. I’d absolutely come back!"

This unit was perfect for us: plenty of room; very clean; conveniently located close to shopping, restaurants and bars. We all were very happy here. Parking is a little challenging but there is 24 hour parking about 2 blocks away. Also, figuring out the light switches was an activity 😋. Hilary, our host, was easily accessible. We would recommend this place to anyone."

"Apt. is neat and clean actually spacious for a couple could easily add a third person if they we're ok sleeping on couch. we were there for the Travers Stakes was perfect spot one mile drive to the track. Very short drive to restaurants and bars or probably a 20 minute walk if you so chose. Place was quiet easy parking access. How ever parking in Saratoga is not easy access. I would stay here again in a heartbeat."

But little details could have been taken care of: wall and bathroom fixtures loose, a nail in a bannister, no visible way to operate the shower… attention to these details is important and could have been fixed quickly by the property manager."

"Had a hard time with 10 digit door lock but property manager helped immediately. Lock was temperamental our whole time there. Kitchen, bathroom and laundry were more then fully equipped. Once parked in back had to do a 3 point turn to drive out. There is a nice walking trail at back of yard, lots of birds. Over all I do believe I would stay again."
