"When we arrive at check-in, there’s a drunk man on the front porch was very belligerent. Stated he was the homeowner. When we told him we were there for a 3 PM check-in he threw his bottle down and broke it. My wife had to redo dishes because they were dirty. Both beds upstairs had dirty smudge mark on pillows from leftover makeup and dirty face. There was hair in the bed also there was no propane in the grill. "We stay here frequently as we are getting ready to build in the area. The staff is super friendly and the breakfast is your typical free hotel breakfast. For an older hotel we have been happy every time. The only complaint is the pool heater has been down every time, it seems they have zero intentions on getting it fixed."
