« Booked this through VRBO expecting an apartment, but it turned out to be a traditional motel. The rooms were clean, but overall the property is fairly dated, with visible scuffs and smudges on the doors and walls. The room was smaller than expected, though reasonable given the price point. We were hoping for a simple, rustic or Amish-like character, but the overall feel was more along the lines of a basic roadside short-stay motel. Fine if you just need a clean bed for an overnight, but not...

« We used this place as a base for my daughter's 16th birthday celebration with friends. We stayed here because it was about a half-hour drive to Hersheypark and the town itself was really delightful! Plenty of beds for everyone and having two full bathrooms with four teenage girls was a must. A bonus that I could bring my golden retriever pup along with us and work while the girls were at the park. If you are someone who likes to cook, like me, you may want to bring along a few kitchen items that...

« very musty smell like it had been in a flood and not dried properly. There was a humidifier that was full to the top with water and we had to dump it. There were centipedes, spiders, mice and the more. There was a note left that the horses on site were dangerous and not to go to close. There were no paths to get to see any animals anyway. We stayed one night and had to leave it was uninhabitable. We would like our money back and have asked but still received no response. »

« This was a cozy suite in a residential area. It is within a few miles to many local shops/restaurants. The Suite was spotless and beautifully decorated. The hosts put a lot of thoughtfulness into details from extra toothbrushes in the bathroom, snacks in the kitchenette, drinks in the fridge, and a well stocked coffee bar. The king size bed was comfortable and there were extra blankets and pillows available (important to us). It was cozy, delightful and a peaceful oasis. Would definitely rent...
