"It's just an old building and the rooms need major updating. It didn't smell great in the room and carpet and shower head was nasty. It was a place to sleep, the towels were soft. Just not what I'm used to staying in when I travel, but other hotels were booked."

Our group returns year after year because Ron and Katia are fantastic hosts who make sure we have everything we need and treat us as treasured guests. The property is beautiful and right on the river with fantastic views. Beds are comfy and the kitchen is well stocked. Best of all is the fabulous gazebo with the best fire pit in Alaska! Highly recommended."
