« We normally make a trip to OK every year. We have stayed at almost every hotel in town and have enjoyed it, BUT this trip was an absolute joy. The kitchen counters were low enough that my husband, who is in a wheelchair, was able to help cook and clean up afterwards. « Claims to sleep 4. Only one bed, which is more like a cot. The couch was filthy, wet, and smelled of urine. Roaches, alive and dead, of all life stages, were quite literally everywhere. »

« Very dirty walls had food or something on it behind the pillows on bed. Dead maggots in the silverware. Filter in bathroom never cleaned. Styrofoam bowl on top of cabinets with food in it. The place stunk really bad. Other than that was peaceful and convenient to our destination everyday. I did report the status of the house with no apology or way to fix our problem of the nastiness so we chose to eat out for all our meals which made our trip more costly. »

« Considering the affordability there’s not much to complain about, I found anything that was out of the usual expectation to be minor and excusable. Communication with management was easy and effective. Any maintenance issues that were brought to their attention were handled in an efficient and timely manor.
