Arrival, Access, and Parking:
– Accessing the Property – A few outdoor stairs to access property. No stairs within the unit
– Parking – Reserved parking for 1 vehicle per reservation in the open air parking structure. Parking for additional cars is not guaranteed in winter months. There are multiple parking garages around the base area for paid parking for additional vehicles Please inquire if you have more questions.
– Please note: 4WD/AWD or vehicles with chains may be required to access this property when traveling during snow and winter weather conditions. It’s off of a main, flat, plowed road but winter weather conditions are abundant in Steamboat for 6+ months of the year.

-- Cancellation policies for 30+ night rentals are custom per booking. A security deposit and a long term rental agreement are required for 30+ night stays. Approval required before booking. Please reach out prior to booking with any questions.

-- Please note -- We know accidents may happen. We charge a required non-refundable fee to cover any small damages and wear and tear that may have occurred during your stay. Damages caused by gross negligence or violation of the house rules are not covered by this fee. This fee will be charged through our Guest Experience software Enso Connect. You'll receive a text message and an email with your link where you can enter your details to confirm your booking.
House Rules:

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - Zero tolerance policy for parties. $1,000 fee if the police visit our home due to a neighborhood complaint.

MINIMUM AGE - Every adult within the rental party must meet a minimum age requirement of 28 years, except when the guest(s) under the age of 28 are the offspring (son, daughter), nephew, niece, or are directly related by blood to one of the other adult members in the group. If your group includes any adults below the age of 28, please reach out to us for potential approval before booking. Age verification will be conducted through our ID verification process after your booking is confirmed.

NO SMOKING - Absolutely NO smoking or vaping of any substance in the property, in the garage (if applicable) or within 10 feet of a doorway. If smoke is detected or signs of smoking, there will be a $1000 FINE. No exceptions. If you smoke outside, please extinguish cigarette thoroughly and place the butt in a can or bottle. Do not flick onto the property (wildfires are a serious problem here).

NO PETS - No Emotional Support Animals are allowed, whether inside the home or on the premises. Please note that under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), emotional support animals do not qualify as Service Animals. If you possess a legitimate service animal, please inform us about your service animal as soon as your booking is confirmed so that we can make reasonable accommodations. Per Airbnb policy, no animal (support or ESA) is allowed to be left alone at the home without prior approval.

OCCUPANCY - Please do not attempt to bring more guest into the home than are reserved. Our town has strict STR regulations. These regulations restrict the number of persons allowed in a short-term rental based on parking, square footage of the home, and sewer/septic size. Bringing additional non-booked guests into the home could result in a cancellation of your booking without refund.

NOISE - We respectfully ask that you respect quiet hours for the home or complex.

LATE CHECKOUT - Checkout is 10am. If housekeeping arrives after checkout and the guest has not vacated the home, the guest will be charged for housekeeping’s time until they have vacated the home. This fee does not award the guest possession of the home after checkout.

FURNITURE - Don’t rearrange the furniture. Guests will be charged for any scratches on the floor due to the dragging around of furniture.

RESPECT OUR HOME - No shoes inside the house. This is our home, not a hotel, please be respectful of our property & our things. Excessive cleaning will result in an additional fee for the guest.

PARKING - Each property has an established maximum vehicle allotment. Vacation Rental Co has no control over other HOA management parking restrictions. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the guest to know their property's vehicle allotment and display the given parking permit (if applicable) as instructed at check-in.

DAMAGE - Report any breakages or damage when they occur. The sooner we know the quicker we can fix it.

POOLS & HOT TUBS - if advertised as part of a property, some are seasonal and sometimes closed. If advertised, please inquire to confirm whether these amenities will be open and available for use during your stay.

KEYS – There will be a fee to guests for lost keys or parking passes. Please leave those items as directed in your arrival instructions.

SIGNING RENTAL AGREEMENT – All guests are required to sign the separate standard VRC rental agreement for stays of less than 30 nights. This will be emailed to all guests as soon as they book. For stays of longer than 30 nights, VRC will email a different, long term rental agreement, since VRC doesn’t abide by Airbnb’s long term cancellation policy. Please inquire about our long term cancellation policy prior to booking.

Great stay!

Comfy rooms, amazing couch, nice shared hot tub and super close to the slopes, making it a convenient spot for a ski trip. The only downside was needing to communicate and deal with additional forms & links outside the VRBO app. Otherwise, a solid choice! PS only one parking spot.

Unbeatable location!

This was our first trip as a family with a newborn. The location couldn’t have been better! Check in was super easy and front office people were friendly. Gated community was great for ensuring we had easy parking. There were several restaurants within walking distance and a taproom on the block. In addition the base was right there, 5 min walk! We didn’t realize how close we were! There is also a shuttle if needed but we took advantage of the walkable location! The condo itself was very cozy and comfortable! Having a newborn we really enjoyed having a nice place to relax! The fire next to the huge couch was amazing after walking around in the cold. Every room had its own bathroom and space which would be nice if we had some friends with us. There was a pack and play for us to use for our child which made for easy packing and travel with an infant! Fully stocked kitchen we made dinner in and had everything we needed! More amenities we didn’t get to use with the baby like a boot warmer for ski boots and a pool. We will definitely be back again, I’d highly recommend!
