You'll be able to satisfy your outdoorsy spirit by heading into the wilderness on various hiking trails such as Fish Creek Falls, where you can see the famed waterfall in all its glory. Visit Strawberry Park Hot Springs and simmer in the all-natural pools of water to warm up against the cold. Go out for a stroll alongside some beautiful flowers in the gardens of Yampa River's Botanic Park. When hunger strikes, check out the gourmet market and deli across the street, also nearby are popular breweries and restaurants. For your ultimate convenience, you will also be just a mere five minutes away from the gondola, and there is a free shuttle service.

Inside this corner end-unit condo, you'll be welcomed with open arms by its comfy interior and incredibly tall and spacious interior, set up to fit your crew. You'll be able to sit on your balcony and watch the snowfall. Come back inside and huddle up by the gas fireplace in the living area with some blankets and hot cocoa as you stream some of your favorite movies using the condo's smart TV. On-site, you'll have access to a heated ski locker, and your choice of swimming in the pool with your friends or gathering around in the hot tub. There are also on-site coin-operated laundry machines for your convenience. (There is not an in-unit washer/dryer.)

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
