In this one level home there are 4 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 and 2 have a queen. Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed with a queen on bottom and twin on top. Bedroom 4 has a king and a private bathroom. There is a smart TV in bedroom 2, 3, & 4 plus the living room. You may have 10 people at this house. There is only sleeping for 9 in beds. NO BACHELOR/ BACHELORETTE PARTIES or any kind of parties at all! \*Min age to rent any property is 25\. If you, the credit card holder- person signing the contract- and person responsible for the reservation, rents this house and are not 25, we will cancel the booking and you will not get a refund, no exceptions, you MUST be 25 or older. \*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines. \*You are only allowed 10 persons at any time at the house. The house was big enough for a group and we enjoyed the location. We were disappointed that there wasn’t any shampoo, conditioner, or body soap available. House was well maintained and clean. Access to the house was a bit confusing at first, could have used clearer instructions! Other than that, it served the purpose. ##### Seema G.
