"The property itself was not clean. The helpfulness of the staff varied greatly from one person to the next. But, none of the 3 people behind the counter I spoke to about the man who walked his dog outside the front sliding doors and let it pee right on the rubber door mat, cleaned it. Simply getting a bucket of water or using a hose would have sufficed but they did nothing. One of the workers told me he does that all of the time and shook her head. It was just gross and knowing it was there, we thought about it every time we went in or out of the building. As far as the room went, it was okay but the bathroom was way too small and the carpets throughout the place (room and hallways) needed a deep cleaning but probably just replaced. The whole place is due for an update. The free breakfast which was barely serviceable and was probably the best feature of the place. I wish I would have spent a few extra bucks for the Courtyard down the road because there was nothing that screamed or even whispered "quality" here."

"Breakfast was delicious. Only complaint was noise from outside of hotel. College town! Bars on either side of hotel, lots of noisy young adults outside till 2am. Other than that, I liked this hotel a lot!"

"Rented 2 rooms for a 3 day stay. One room was missing a trash can, the microwave that was stated in the description that came with the room, and a towel bar near the tub. It wasn't a big deal, the other room we rented had all of these, so we shared a microwave and hung the towels on the hook on the bathroom door. The rooms were very clean; the bed linens and towels were clean and crisp. The beds were comfortable and they offered tv and internet. It was very quiet, very peaceful, the staff was pleasant and cheerful. Overall, we had a very pleasant weekend getaway. "

"Everything was perfect beds and pillows very comfortable and room was super clean. Ground Coffee machine was awesome . Breakfast was hot and plentiful choices. Stafff front desk and breakfast area super friendly and pleasant . Pool is very nice and there is an outdoor lounge area with fireplace stones that is lovely .will definitely stay again"

"12 of us extended family members attended and stayed at Team Elm. It was clean, spacious, and perfect for our needs. Each individual family had total privacy in our respective apartments but we were able to meet outside in the backyard for coffee each morning and for bringing dinner in each night. Just a short walk to Main Street and all it has to offer. Wonderful stay. "

"My son was playing at All star village this place was less than 15 mins away from the fields. Also located near restaurants, ice cream shops and local shopping, many within walking distance. Beautiful parks and the public pool just a short ways away. Baseball hall of fame is a short drive, along with many other fun activities. All the comforts of home. I might stay here again if my other son participates in Cooperstown as well."
