"Parking could be better"

"We enjoyed our stay and appreciate having a place for the whole family to be together. The house was located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The interior was clean. The kitchen had well working appliances and cooking utensils. For our group of twelve, we needed for cutlery and plates (we bought disposable ones). The refrigerator was clean and empty for our groceries. The master bedroom bed was too low for my elderly parents. We would recommend the master bedroom bed be higher especially for older clients. The curved platform was hard. My mom tripped on the it and bruised her knee when she landed on the curve platform. One lamp had no bulb and lighting was dim. The bedrooms also had dim lighting. Recommend brighter lamps and light bulbs. The bedding was soft and comfortable. We all slept well. The bathroom needed a trash bin. We appreciate the shampoo and conditioner. The front door and garage entrance was code was very useful. How clever! Overall, we enjoyed the space which allowed us to be together. We would rent again!"

"We was in town for medical procedures. We really enjoyed the open space of this house. Lots of storage. Comfortable beds. Plenty of seats for everyone. Loved we was able to take our dog. It has a large backyard, which he loved exploring. If in the area, will different see if this is available."

"Our family had a mini-reunion in Round Rock, and this property was perfect for us in many ways!! The beds and pillows were comfy, the layout was great with most bedrooms being upstairs (plus a loft overlooking the common areas below), while also having the master bed/bath and an extra bathroom down on the main floor (which was great for my 60-year-old knees : ). The seating for meals and games was plentiful, the neighborhood was nice, and our host, Thomas was VERY kind and responsive! There were new pump soaps and quality toilet paper throughout. Great water pressure, and we never ran out of hot water, even with our group of 9 often needing to shower at similar times, etc. We loved so much about our stay. That said, there were a few speed bumps: the dishwasher didn't work, a toilet needed a new valve, so it ran a lot, and a big rainstorm revealed a leak in a window well. HOWEVER, we were very grateful how responsive Thomas was when we let him know of these issues. Also, there were a few cleanliness issues which we spoke to him about, and again, he was very apologetic and responsive, and we truly trust it was a case of timing where Thomas didn't have the opportunity to know of these issues and remedy them in advance. He trusted his cleaners, and it seems they were in a time-crunch between the previous party leaving and ours arriving, so he didn't have time to inspect, and they might not have had time to do a thorough job. We are confident Thomas will resolve all these!!"
