« Unfortunatly, I guess I was expecting a little more. Thr room had some issues I was not very happy with as follows. The drapes were shredded at the bottom, bathtub had stains and chips, furniture had stains on top of the dresser. When going down for breakfast at 9:00 AM nothing was really there , most trays were empty. Lots of trash on the outside of the building. Just to name a few. Not a great experience for my wife and myself. »

« Knee jerk reaction is this is a roach coach hotel. "Not so fast my friend" it's brand new. No elevator so plan for that. We had not seen that and with a wheelchair bound family member the did help us find a 1st floor room. All tile floors which are a huge plus. Shower was fantastic, plenty of pressure and nice fixtures. Comfortable bed, cable tv and internet. Definitely getting great value for the money. Coming from Austin area I paid for cheap and expected it, but was delighted that by how new...

« Magnifique hôtel situé dans un golf. Le cadre est luxueux et calme. Le parc aquatique est superbe. Beaucoup de transats sur place. La chambre était très belle, décoration et style de bon goût, très belle salle de bain. Vue sur le golf et le lac. Petit déjeuner servi dans un restaurant du site, service lent mais le repas était bon. Une très bonne adresse de séjour près de Houston. »

« I’ve stayed here twice in a two week span. Both times my experience was the same. It was even the same guy at the front desk. There’s nothing fancy about this hotel. It’s clean which is the most important to me. The rooms are basic, but clean as I mentioned. The free breakfast is a nice perk. No complaints there. The only slight is that there’s no bar. There’s an area for it which makes me think it might have been one at one time but not anymore. »

« Everything went smoothly. Quick and efficient. The staff were great. They provided clean towels when needed, without an issue, which is plus for me, in addition to cleanliness. »

« The lady Esperanza was so welcoming in the breakfast area. So nice even saw her helping a gentleman with a cane to serve his food and went around picking up cleaning tables, and always had food on warmers. Staff at front desk was also very nice. Room was clean and everything we needed was accessible for us to prepare snacks or food. Got to use the gym a few days nice kept all machines working. Pool area and patio nicely kept as well. »

« The room is super clean. The staff are nice. The poor is desert. It will be the good place for family short locations. I definitely come back with family to do kayaking or other activity that we don’t have time for this time. »

« Everything was good! I used to stay at Hyatt Centric whenever I visited The Woodlands. Hyatt House is just as good, great location and much more affordable!!! »
