« It was ok »

« I wish it was better. The location was amazing! None of the door keys worked in everyone's room door, it was a struggle to get in each time. The front desk lady even struggled to help us in and several others in our group. Our drain in the shower was not draining so the front desk had to dump chemicals down the drain while we were there. Also, the tools used to clean out the drain were left in our bathroom. The hot tub was not working and was shut down. The carpet in our room had stains all over...

« I like pet freindly..and staff was good »

« even under construction/renovation , quiet and clean »

« The reviews I read on this hotel were very good, so I was disappointed. I booked this specifically because there was a kiddie pool and a waterslide. Unfortunately, the kiddie pool wasn't working and there were a couple of bugs in the water, the slide was closed and the hot tub and surrounding area was quite dirty. The first room I was put in was also pretty dirty and the bedding didn't match LOL, I requested a new room and was immediately accommodated which was so nice and helpful. That room was...

« Convenient location and nice lobby. Bedroom floor is very dirty. The breakfast sausage were like hockey pucks. No fruit on the breakfast bar. They turn the ice machine off at night. So no ice in the AM. Plastic coverings on mattresses are so hard and firm, you wake yourself every time you roll over. Would not stay again. »

« It was fine for the price. Close to the arena. »

« Allison was an amazing host. She had the convenience for others in mind when stocking this adorable apartment for guests. Bathroom was fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, lotion, hand soap, hair dryer and even toothbrushes, dental picks and super soft towels. Kitchen- there was not a detail missed. Full variety of coffee, cappuccino, teas and creamer, everything you need to bake or cook with including storage containers for left overs, tin foil, saran wrap and zip lock bags too....

« Clean quiet room. Breakfast was delicious. . was exceptional at Rudy's Ted Eye Grill »

« The property was exactly as advertised. Brand new and one of the best thought out and planned vacation rentals we have stayed at. Everything was very modern, including the appliances and Wi-Fi, but it still had somewhat of a rustic country charm with the ship plank design and self done woodworking. The beds and linen were top-notch and very comfortable. There were electrical outlets where you wanted them and tables and nightstands where you would want them as well. The kitchen is fully stocked...

« Nice property, quiet lake. Check in was an hour late as the cleaners were still on site. A little annoying after a 4.5 hour drive. So we waited outside, but then they came to mow the lawn so it was awkward and we had no where to go. Also the fridge is broken but there is a second one in the basement which was better than nothing but inconvenient when cooking 3 meals a day for 8 people. We followed the instructions for how to add food to the upstairs fridge and keep it cool- but did not work....
