We were able to go, and walk right in, after receiving our welcome instructions. The house was very clean, and had a great starter supply of everything you need, with some happy extras. The pool was wonderful, and all the appliances were in great state of the art shape, as well as a beautiful new sectional for lots of wonderful space. And, we really appreciat d Bonnie!! We had two college tours while we were there, and one requested a print out of our email last minute to use for a parking pass. Bonnie made it happen with no issues, and so pleasent. The location was just a few blocks from wonderful restaurants and the beach. It was great to relax in the pool at night. Weather was perfect with a wonderful breeze..
