This charming beachfront vacation rental property offers views of the sunrise over the Intracoastal in front of the condo and sunset over the Gulf of Mexico in the back of the condo. Sit poolside with your friends or family overlooking the beach. You and up to 5 guests will love this south western influenced residence. The Master bedroom has a king bed with its own walk in shower. The second bedroom has two full size beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large breakfast counter. The unit has a dedicated Wi-Fi connection and has a dedicated phone for free long distance calling in U.S and Canada. Building amenities include a large fully renovated patio pool deck, two gas grills, heated pool, central elevator and coin operated laundry room on each floor.

Important Notice: Fifty Gulfside is currently still undergoing reconstruction on the ground floor due to damages sustained from Hurricanes Helene and Milton. While we are excited to welcome guests back, we want to make you aware of ongoing conditions at the property. The pool and patio have OPENED. There will be intermittent shut downs of the pool for brief periods while adjacent patios are being worked on after July 11th. The elevator has been rebuilt and is WORKING, we are only waiting for the paneling and floors to finish it off. Guests may experience construction noise Monday through Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM, and certain areas of the property may be temporarily blocked off. All guests are required to sign a liability waiver prior to occupying their unit. We truly appreciate your patience and support as we work diligently to restore Fifty Gulfside.

Great location, few problems

The condo was nice, fit all six of us comfortably. Being on the beach with a view of the inter-coastal is always a plus. The only issues we encountered was first, this was the first rental I have stayed in that did not supply beach chairs. We ended up having to buy three to use for the week and leaving them in the room. Secondly, my husband slipped and fell on a pool of water in our bathroom due to a leak in the toilet. On the plus side, maintenance was there quickly and had it fixed the morning after. Lastly, about halfway through our trip I had found out our dishwasher was broken which we had not been made aware of. Luckily, maintenance arrived two days after we reported it to fix it which took about 2 hours. It was a nice place to stay at a great location. The management was extremely helpful and friendly and the other residents within the complex were delightful. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything we needed as well as the bedrooms with extra blankets and pillows. It is within walking distance to the beach, inter coastal, various shops and restaurants. Overall, we had a great experience!
