Sandcastle I top floor corner unit!! Stunning Views and gorgeous renovations!! We also have a similar 4th floor unit VRBO 203547 if you need two units!
Enjoy an amazing view to the beach and ocean from almost anywhere in the condo; the view cannot be beat!! This is an 1100 sq ft DIRECT BEACH FRONT 3 bedroom 2 bath unit (we added a new closet to the den converting it to a 3rd bedroom).
The living room and master bedroom both have direct access through huge glass doors to the extra-large (22 foot) balcony (see picture showing view from balcony).
This condo has been extensively upgraded!

UPGRADES INCLUDE:
- Brand new kitchen (open concept, granite, new cabinets, new stainless appliances), breakfast bar added with an extra 4 seats, new recessed LED lighting throughout living area, new paint
-new tile flooring throughout, all carpeting removed

MORE ABOUT THE UNIT…
In the gulf-front master overlooking the beach, there is a brand new king-size bedroom suite, his and hers closets, ensuite bath with tub/shower, wall mounted 50" flat screen TV with Netflix. There are built in USB chargers on the night tables for your convenience!
In the second bedroom (similar in size to the master at 15x12), which overlooks the intercoastal waterway, you will find TWO queen beds, and another wall mounted TV with Netflix.
The main bathroom (also totally renovated) has a full tub/shower as well.
The den was converted to a 3rd bedroom with a newly constructed closet, and has two comfy twin beds. It also overlooks the intercoastal waterway.
For the smallest family members, we included a Graco Pack 'N Play in our unit so you don’t have to rent one or drag one through the airport!
ABOUT THE BUILDING…
Sandcastle I has some of the most beautiful grounds along the beach, and the management takes great pride in the condition of the common areas. It has a beautiful BEACHFRONT HEATED POOL and LARGE SPA/HOT TUB next to the pool, overlooking the beach. Other amenities include a sauna, lending library, ping pong/recreation area, poolside washrooms & change rooms. For you BBQ lovers, there are two gas BBQ’s on the grounds as well as a charcoal grill - complete with tables to relax & enjoy a beverage while doing your grilling.
ABOUT THE AREA…
Indian Shores is located on a barrier island on the Gulf of Mexico, between Clearwater and St. Petersburg, and is easily accessible via several major airports, including Tampa (TPA), St. Petersburg (PIE), and Sarasota Bradenton (SRQ). You can also fly into Orlando (MCO) if your plans include Disney, which is less than two hours away (along with Sea World, Universal Studios, Gatorland, and all the other Orlando attractions). In the immediate Tampa Bay area, there are unlimited attractions such as Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, the Florida Aquarium, John’s Pass, the Lowry Park Zoo, just to name a few. Into sports? It’s all here: NFL Football (Buccaneers), Major League Baseball (Devil Rays, as well as well as spring training for many MLB teams including the Yankees, Blue Jays, Phillies & others nearby), NHL hockey (Lightning) and countless golf courses. If boating is your thing, there are rentals available directly across the street on the intercoastal waterway & boat slips are available within walking distance. Shopping? You won’t be disappointed; shopping from high end to factory outlets all within a short drive!

You will be dealing with the owners from start to finish, we take pride in our condo and we are always available (call/text/email) if you have questions!
The Suncoast Beach Trolley (stops outside the building) is a convenient way to get around on the beach if you don’t want to drive. If you do drive, we have an assigned parking spot and limited guest parking is also available.
This is a non-smoking unit. Sorry, pets are not allowed in the condo or on the grounds. Sandcastle 1 is a family/adult building. If this does not suit your needs we would respectfully ask that you look elsewhere. Primary renter must be min. 25 years old and must occupy unit - strictly enforced.

The condo had just about everything we needed to be comfortable. The balcony was a great place to sit and have coffee or watch the sunset. All the check-in and check-out info was communicated early through email, and the cleaning person stopped by once to check and see if we needed anything else. We had a wonderful week!

Family beach vacation

Condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Guest parking was very difficult as a couple of the units took more than the allotted 1 guest spot. One unit took 3 guest spots and their assigned spot . Hopefully it was just due to holiday week and not a normal taking.We had a wonderful vacation! Thank you!

Great Condo in Great Beachfront Location!

We had a wonderful week at this property! The condo is very well maintained, and the location of the property is so convenient to restaurants. Ian was incredibly responsive both before and during our stay! They were making significant improvements to the pool and grilling area outside Sandcastle 1, which will only enhance the experience. Highly recommend!

The building is desperately in need of a makeover, very tatty and one of the two lifts was frequently out of order which is not ideal when you are located on 10th floor! Hot tub was too hot to get in. Apartment was ok, but not particularly clean and the smallest bedroom was stiflingly hot even with air con. Rooms backing on intercoastal had a lot of traffic noise.

Stairway work & Dust / Elevator Issues

Love the condo and everything it has to offer. The only thing was they are working on the stairs and the noise was loud early morning throughout the day. The first bedroom was where it was extremely loud woke up our son every day. The dust from the work was everywhere, we had to cover our faces when entering and exiting the condo because the dust was so bad. One of the two elevators was constantly breaking down. The tiles getting into the elevator are all broken, and after 11:00 pm the cockroaches were all over by the elevators. My husband killed like 7-8 there were another 5-6 climbing all over. All these things listed above are issues with the building not the unit we stayed in. This was our third time staying at Sandcastle #1 and we will definitely come back next year. We heard they are going to be working and repairing the building later this year, so we are confident most if the issues we experienced will be addressed and corrected.

Perfect location!

We had the best stay at this condo! Everything was nice and clean when we got there. The kitchen had everything we needed. The view is fantastic! Even on the afternoons that it rained we were able to enjoy sitting on the balcony and listening to the surf and watching the waves, we used the beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas every day and that was super convenient. We will definitely stay here again!

Location of this condo was excellent! Great beach! Unit was not as new and updated as listing states. Condo quite dirty upon arrival (vents full of dust, floors filthy, 2 beds had very sandy dirty sheets). There's an extra exterior door leading to a bedroom - this door needs to be addressed - seemed loose and unsafe (easy to break into). Dryer did not work properly...very loud and took a long time to dry anything. Elevator worked great! There was construction while we were there which made it loud some of the days and made it hard to access the beach. Would be nice if overall condo building provided nice comfy beach chairs.
