Just cross the few parking spaces and you are on majestic St Pete Beach enjoying the sand between your toes! Friendly Native 604 is a beachside, second floor, 2 bedroom condo on the Gulf of Mexico - sunsets are included! The fully stocked kitchen has pots, pans and all kitchens essentials to enjoy your vacation. This property offers a heated pool with plenty of seating for guests. You can chat it up with neighbors or relax and keep to yourself and read a book. Check out Upham Beach, where the Friendly Native walks out to, just over the boardwalks. It has amazing sunsets and a snack shack with picnic tables. Distance from Beach: Please see the picture with Friendly Native Condos circled to gauge distance. Beach is located across the a few parking spaces from Condo and over the dunes/ boardwalk: 125 feet +/- to the beach 300 +/- feet to the water. This is Condo # 604 in the 600 building, on the second floor: Buildings 100-400 are around the pool, buildings 500-800 are around the shuffleboard Court. This condo is in building 600. Condo Details: Second Floor, 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath. No elevator. 1 King Bed in Master, 2 twins in 2nd bedroom (1 twin trundle bed with a pull out twin below = 2 twin beds) and 1 pull out sofa in Living Room. Sleeps 6. Central heat and air. Electronic door code for late check-ins and easy entry/exit. No keys to carry! Wi-fi & basic cable included. Bed linens & bath towels are included. Unfortunately, there are no laundry facilities onsite and routine housekeeping services are not included with these vacation rentals. Beach Towels are available to rent @ $5 each from ACT Vacation Rentals Beach Cabanas, chairs and umbrellas are available for rent directly in front of condos, on the beach. We can provide a list of local companies that rent beach items for your stay. There is a charcoal BBQ area on site as well as bike racks. A close walk to many beach restaurants and beach bars with nightly entertainment. Shopping is close by on Corey Ave and Gulf Blvd. Many guests do not bring a car, however 1 electronic parking permit is included, if needed! Sorry, no pets/animals allowed per HOA. Strongly enforced. We didn’t really use the kitchen but it was nice to have the option to make a pizza or have a bowl of cereal instead of going out. Ricks Reef was probably our favorite spot for dinner. The only thing I would mention is that the updated shower was a little annoying as the glass door isn’t ideal, the water from the shower sprays onto the floor , can’t change the aim of the shower head. It is SO convenient - walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants! The the newly refurbished condo was just as the photos advertised. It actually seemed a little more spacious than it looked in the pictures. It was great to relax and recharge between outings. The only setback was that the room wasn’t ready at 4 PM. Roger compensated us for our trouble and got it cleaned within a few hours. All of our questions were answered quickly. We would highly recommend it to everyone! ##### Roberto R. We have stayed in another unit in the complex in the past and really enjoyed ourselves there. In this unit the beds and other furniture are old and uncomfortable. The shower has poor water pressure and there is no dishwasher. The unit overall is in need of updates and renovation. The ownership team was very responsive to requests (unit needed dishwashing detergent and it was f delivered within 30 minutes) and the parking coordinator was helpful when we needed to swap out our car and register a different plate. ##### Sara R. Loved the area so much! The unit is soooo old. It was clean in the sense the cleaners did all they could do. However, expect big rust spots in the shower and sink, all drawers on dresser were broken, things like that. For the price, I’m not complaining, it just is what it is. The two biggest negatives- the bed and the common hallway. The beds were awful, no other word to describe it. The hallway entering the building was the worst smell I could imagine. A mix of wet carpet with all dried fish. We would count down before walking out the condo door and race to get outside while holding our breath. Would I stay in this unit again? No. Was I mad about it given the price point? No. I had realistic expectations. Beach and pool were not very enjoyable as the water was SO hot, not even refreshing. Not the condos fault, just mother nature. Only downside was half of our family had to go home due to the place not being handicap accessible with no elevator. That was a big bummer. It worked out great for our vacation. Due to the small stove we decided to eat out and not cook for the week. There are some upgrades. My sister-in-law and I went to Florida to spread my late husbands ashes and then spend time together relaxing and reflecting. Needless to say it was an emotional week and this condo was perfect. Also the owner was highly accommodating and friendly any time I reached out. I couldn’t recommend this place more. ##### Patrick H.
