Just cross the beach parking and you are on majestic St Pete Beach enjoying the sand between your toes! Walk to the north to witness St Pete Beach's "Secret Garden" or walk to the south for a 2 mile workout to the famous Don Cesar. Spacious, 2 Bedroom condo on the second floor. Look out the window to see the beach and magnificent sunset views! 1 bedroom has a King bed, 1 has a double/full bed and the living room has a sleeper sofa (full). The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans and all kitchens essentials to enjoy your vacation. This property offers a heated pool with plenty of seating for guests. You can chat it up with neighbors or relax and keep to yourself and read a book. Distance from Beach: Beach is located across the street from Condo and over the dunes (boardwalk): 125 feet +/- to the beach 300 +/- feet to the water. Units 100-400 are around the pool, Units 500-800 are around the shuffleboard Court. This is unit # 304 in building 300. Please see picture with Friendly Native Condos circled to gauge distance. It's super close! Electronic lock box for flexible/late check-ins Wi-fi, cable included. Linens & towels are included. Unfortunately, there are no laundry facilities onsite and routine housekeeping services are not included with these vacation rentals. Beach Towels are available to rent @ $5 each from ACT Vacation Rentals Beach Cabanas, chairs and umbrellas are available for rent directly in front of condos, on the beach. There are also plenty of surf stores within walking distance. There is a community charcoal BBQ area on site as well as bike racks. A close walk to many beach restaurants and bars. Central located and right on the beach and only a three minute walk to the gulf. This is an older property so you don’t have many rooms with balconies so that would be my only complaint, but the price was reasonable. Nice setup for condo with comfortable furniture and beds. Some dishes in cabinet were dirty. Shower had issues with poor shower head and shower curtain that didn’t fit so water always getting on floor. Tight set up in bathroom so had to leave light on at night after hitting foot on shower base. Overall, bathroom is functional but needs work and rest of condo is great. ##### Timothy P.
