Welcome to your best vacation ever in this UPDATED 2-bedroom 2-bathroom END-UNIT condo at Crystal Palms Beach Resort conveniently located and nestled in the heart of Treasure Island, Florida with a beautiful balcony view of the Gulf. This condo has one of the LARGER BALCONIES in the complex. The ultimate vacation destination where you’ll enjoy ocean views, white sandy beach, breathtaking sunsets, and turquoise waters. The Crystal Palms complex has an outdoor heated pool and spa, with handicap friendly equipment to get into the water. Beach access is across the street directly in front of the complex – we count under 100 steps to sand!

Visit the nearby famous John’s Pass Village (about a mile away) where there’s something for everyone; fish, rent a jet ski, take a dolphin cruise, shop, grab a drink, enjoy ice cream, or eat at one of the many amazing restaurants and enjoy music.

Take the Suncoast Beach Trolley up and down the Gulf to explore area beaches, restaurants and local attractions the easy way - without worrying about directions or parking. The Trolley stops in front of the complex and all up and down Gulf Blvd, from Clearwater Beach to St. Pete Beach / Pass-A-Grille.

- Beach equipment is available as a convenience in the closet. We just can’t guarantee the exact number of items available as they are sometimes left behind broken or missing. We do our best to keep a wagon and 2 beach chairs available for your use. There is also a community bin of beach equipment guests are free to use. Beach equipment rentals are also available on the beach.

- Ice machine near lobby.
- ONE COVERED assigned on-site parking spot with required parking pass. Ask Host/Property Manager, Jordyn, for additional parking options for a second vehicle.

SUPPLIES:
Provided - initial starter supplies (2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 paper towel roll, dish towel, dish rag, dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher pods, hand soap, travel size shampoo/lotion/soap bar, and 2 garbage bags). Also provided are all linens, towels, and beach towels. We do our best to stock some ground coffee, coffee filters, sugar, salt and pepper in the kitchen cabinet.

Not provided - laundry detergent, facial tissues, or bottled water.

This is not a full-service hotel with daily housekeeping. We clean after your stay. Guests are responsible for providing their own toiletries and additional supplies.

- Guest will be charged for late check-out past 10am
- Guest will be charged for leaving behind excessive trash, food, drinks, or sand upon check-out
- Guest will be charged for damaged or missing towels/linens
- Guest will be charged for missing beach equipment

*For 28 days or longer bookings, there will be an additional $50 cleaning fee added to payment request prior to check-in. There will also be an additional $35 fee for towels and sheets exchange every 2 weeks.

Excellent Property!!

This was a beautiful property in a desirable neighborhood close to John’s Pass village, restaurants, and Publix grocery store. Beautiful views from the very large balcony. Very comfortable and cozy!! Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were great as well. Communication with property manager was easy. Parking was great and access to the condo very easy as well. Thank you for making our stay amazing! We plan to stay here again and again!!

Excellent stay

The location was perfect--just a short walk across the street to the beach that was way less crowded than any other beach in the area, had plenty of space for our family of 6, and we loved the wagon and beach chairs that were available! We were also able to cook several meals in the kitchen which worked well for us. The best part was communication--Jordyn was AMAZING to work with!! Got us in earlier than regular check in time, provided lots of good info about the condo, answered any questions that we had, and was so accomodating to our needs-- thank you!

Fantastic stay at Crystal Palms Resort

Jordyn was a fabulously accommodating host. We were traveling with our three kids (6, 6, and 1.5) and check in was smooth and they accommodated our request for a late check out.The beach is a short walk across the street with a safe crosswalk. The beach wagon and chairs and umbrell were super helpful and Jordyn also accommodated our request for a pack n play and booster chair for our daughter which made things a lot easier.No complaints at all! Our kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the beach was excellent. Unit was clean and has everything ready as listed and pictured. The prior renter had even broken the coffee pot before we arrived but they made sure to have a replacement before we even checked in.All in all 5 stars and we’re already thinking about coming back next spring Break.

Great Getaway !!

Another pleasant stay at Crystal Palms

This unit is a gem. Great views of the gulf right from the deck. Facility has recovered nicely from the hurricane. It is almost back completely to previous level. Treasure Island itself is a sleepy portion of the coastline unlike some of the "bigger" locales. So easy to relax and it is close to anything you are looking for. The unit itself is on the end which affords a patio/deck space that wraps around and can easily accommodate several people. The resort is also on the smaller size so even when full it is not loud or overcrowded. We will definitely be back

Wonderful location

Great vacation rental! Convenient location- short walk to the beach and a 20 minute walk to all the shops and restaurants at John’s Pass. A couple little things in the condo were not working and Jordyn was very responsive. The condo came with 2 beach chairs, a beach wagon and rolling cooler.

Paradise Vacation

Unbeatable views to the beach across the street. Apartment is beautiful including everything you need to cook, go to the beach and entertain family or friends. This was our second time at this facility and we loved it just as much this time ! Amazing location with beach across the street and walking distance to restaurants and shops. The property manager Jordyn was fantastic! She e-mailed me frequently with updates and instructions and was a pleasure to work with. Would definitely go back !

Great place to stay!!!

The location of this condo was great. The view was amazing from the balcony. If you like to watch sunsets and sunrises this place is perfect for you. The staff communicated very well throughout the entire process. When I checked out I left behind and expensive pair of shoes. They promptly informed me annd sent them to me. I'm highly impressed and will certainly be booking this condo in the future.
