Our trip was to go to an away soccer game. The hotel was convenient for walking to the stadium and for walking to the Arch, which was also one of the things on our list. The staff was very helpful during our stay for eating suggestions and for answered all of our questions.

Parking was a pain because it is across the street in a dirty parking garage and the keypad didn’t work to get in and out. It took 4 times of going to the front desk before we finally got refunded for parking. Room was clean and well kept, but the AC was extremely loud. Long walk in the dark from Busch stadium. Will not be staying here again for cardinal games.

I would never stay here again, the hotel is dirty and not maintained well for a Marriott Grand, the surrounding area is all boarded up and there’s no room service. There was a dirty Starbucks in the hotel but they were out of everything and had really bad service.

We bought the package that said parking was included. It did not say it was some sort of separate parking garage. They ended up charging us an extra $53. No vending machines on our floor. A bottle of pledge was left on the tv stand. We paid over $300 and still no WiFi. Ridiculous. Would not recommend spending this kind of money when you can go a little further away and get better amenities/services.

Couldn’t get the thermostat over 70’ very cold in the room, couldn’t get waited on in the restaurant at $22,95 for breakfast. $7:00 for a cup of coffee. Next time I’ll be staying cheaper and better service at the Hampton Inn just a block away.
