"The hotel was nice and seemed clean. One little mishap but the front office lady was happy to help. I was NOT happy when room service knocked on our door just after 9am. They wanted to get in to clean. We stayed ONE night and were trying to rest up. But they woke us up. When check out is 11am and we are only there one night, there is no need to get in early to clean."

"Clean, spacious, and comfortable. An awesome setup for larger families. Plenty of sleeping space, so long as you’re ok with using the couch and fold out beds, which were also very comfortable. Awesome view of the lake and Mackinac island. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to take advantage of the deck and patio, but they would be fantastic in the winter. Kitchen has everything you could need to cook. "
