Uncle Bill’s Lake House is the perfect lake front, Northwoods destination with updated amenities and awe-inspiring lake views. Come relax, explore and adventure on Little Saint Germain Lake.

The interior of the cabin is impeccably clean, comfortable and inviting, with an open concept living room and kitchen. Central AC will keep you cool after enjoying the summer sun! Large windows throughout the living room bring in natural light and fabulous scenery. Uncle Bill’s exterior areas are even more spectacular! You can enjoy the lake and outdoors from the home’s large handicap-accessible deck that nearly wraps around the entire house. Relax and take in the starry night around the fire pit or at one of the picnic areas provided.


The property features a 60' dock with bench seating as well as a 28' floating patio. Try your luck fishing off the dock or go for a swim in the refreshing waters and sandy bottom lake frontage.

Little Saint Germain is one of the most popular fishing and recreational lakes in the Northwoods with over 950 acres to explore. Reel in a Bass, Pike or Walleye, or simply paddle through the pine-sheltered bays of the lake to witness the soaring of eagles and glimpses of deer around the lakefront. Pontoon, and non-motorized watercraft rentals are available for rent and free delivery through Hiller Vacation Homes!

This was beautiful and quiet, a perfect long fall weekend. A traditional northwoods cottage but a little nicer, I think. Hosts nearby but respectful of our privacy. Loved it, would stay again.

Northwoods Tranquility!

Loved this cabin from the moment we saw it. The location was perfect and the view from the cabin is beautiful. I think this is one of the cleanest and best supplied places that we have stayed in. The owners are super nice people that live next door. They are very helpful but not intrusive. Now that we're home we're already missing the peace and beauty of this very special place.

Perfect Northwoods Cabin

One of the best places we have ever stayed in Wisconsin. Cabin was very clean and had great views of the lake. The dock and floating patio (pontoon boat) were great for relaxing and for fishing. We had a boat but caught most of our fish off the dock. The cabin is classic. It has every modern convenience, but still retains its authenticity. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. We would stary here again.

Peaceful coexistence

The cabin was GREAT but the highlight was the deck and the floating patio (a decommissioned pontoon boat attached to the pier) - peaceful places to sit and enjoy quiet nature on some beautiful fall days. The kitchen had very up-to-date appliances and was fully stocked with dishes, utensils, and small appliances necessary for modern life. We hope to return, soon.

Quaint and comfortable house on the lake

We had a great family vacation. We loved learning about the the history of the land and Uncle Bill and his house. The place was very clean, had a gorgeous porch with ample seating and an amazing view. There was plenty of space for the kids to roam outside. There are two firepits and we had access to a sandy beach area and floating patio right on the water. Super friendly and kind hosts (had some homemade bread and note in our fridge upon arrival). Host lived next door and checked in a couple times, but we felt like we had our privacy. All the windows opened so we had great cool lake breezes all day and night. Ceiling fans throughout as well. Quintessential "up north" experience.
