This elegant, beachfront vacation home offers the best of both worlds: while it is located in the gated community of Sunset Beach with amenities like a community pool and tennis court, it is also in the East End neighborhood, which is a favorite Island vacation destination with proximity to the State Park, easy access to the bicycle path, and low-density development that gives it a peaceful vibe.

The exterior of this well-appointed vacation home boasts an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, a fish cleaning station with running water, under-house concrete parking, a covered entry, and a private boardwalk to the sparkling Gulf beaches. Enclosed foyer stairs and the elevator available for guest use lead to the first floor. A central laundry room in the hall offers a full-sized washer/dryer. The second floor can be accessed from either indoor or outdoor stairs or the elevator in the foyer. You are greeted by the open living/dining/kitchen area with high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows looking out over the two water views. This exceptional home boasts two living rooms; the south-facing living area with a wet bar and ice machine, cable TV, stereo with premium sound system, plentiful seating, and unobstructed Gulf views. From this living area, you can access the covered porch with spa-style lounge chairs, two outdoor tables, and endless Gulf views.

The south-facing dining room features a large table and direct Gulf water views. Additionally, there are bar seats that look into the well-equipped u-shaped kitchen. As the kitchen is centrally located, it is the heart of the living area, offering an open plan to keep in touch with other guests and enjoy those incredible Gulf views. The kitchen features granite countertops, two dishwashers, an ice machine, and plenty of storage space. The north-facing living/game room offers a queen sofa bed, a game table, and access to the shared north-facing deck.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
