With many National and State parks within a short drive, golf courses nearby, and all the Las Palmas amenities; everyone will love their stay at Indian Palms!

Indian Palms is the epitome of relaxation! This 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo comfortably sleeps 6 guests, however, it can sleep up to 8 guests with the assistance of a queen air mattress. Las Palmas offers so many amenities, you could spend your whole vacation at the resort and never get bored! With an outdoor & indoor pool and spa, basketball and tennis courts, outdoor shuffleboard, a splash pad, fitness center, outdoor checkers, and a park; your days will be full of relaxation and fun! Of course, you do not have to stick around the resort to have a great day! Indian Palms is in the heart of southern Utah, surrounded by National and State Parks, many golf courses, and downtown St. George, taking an adventurous day trip has never been easier. Back at home, barbeque on the balcony watching the beautiful sunset behind the desert mountains. The kids will be entertained while you cook, challenging each other to PS4 games in the living room! End the night curled up on the couch together, with a bowl of popcorn and a good movie. Whether you are playing a game of tennis, lounging by the pool, hiking through the desert hills, or practicing your putt; everyone will make timeless memories at Indian Palms!

We had a wonderful stay! We've used Red Sands for the last 5 years and have always been well taken care of.

The condo was clean and spacious however, the master bathroom ceiling was leaking water through the fan vent. When we called the Red Sands property managers they noted the issue yet never came out to repair the leak. They later returned the call and still nothing was done to resolve the issue. We finally just left and will not book this property ever again!! Also, the AC was blowing only warm air. Very disappointing all around.

The place was clean and spacious. Tall ceilings and doors. The kitchen was well stocked The view off the back patio was great of the mountains and rocks and pickleball courts.

My family used this as home base to go hiking at Zion National Park. The property was great. The condo was spacious and extremely comfortable. The back deck has a great view and it was very nice having the pool and hot tub to help our sore muscles. Would definitely stay here again should we return to the area

Condo was clean and well equipped! There were many amenities, pool, pickleball, etc. Beautiful view of the mountains and easy access to the city. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this establishment. Thank you!!!!
