"Our only interaction with the staff was upon arrival. Room was very clean but the pillows had a stale smell. Parking was great and the pool was nice after a day of hiking. Hot tub lacked jets so that was a bummer. Tippy Canoe next door had delicious food. "

"We had a very nice room, though the thermostat was difficult to control. Breakfast was little more than adequate and was not attended to properly. Each morning we had to ask for coffee as all five decanters were empty; the tables weren't cleaned between uses and the paper towel dispenser was empty so we couldn't clean the tables ourselves. Items were not replenished in the fridge nor the bakery/breads bin. The hot tub and pool were great. There is no business center and the front desk staff were unable to copy a page. Not a well-rounded facility, but it fit for location."

"Staff was super helpful no matter what time of day. Our room key kept glitching out on the second night and the gentleman that helped us was attentive both times we had to get the keys reprogrammed. Breakfast was incredible, they had standard quick options as well as different hot items each morning. From waffles, pancakes, eggs, biscuits and gravy to fresh fruit, muffins, bagels, and cereal. Staff was constantly seen cleaning, checking in with guests, and always looked to have a smile on their faces. It was a very welcoming environment and we will definitely be back the next time we are visiting North Branch!"

"We were in town visiting family, and stayed here for a few nights. I went in with low expectations considering the affordable nightly price, but was thrilled with everything! Staff was very friendly. The lobby and our room were immaculately clean (and I am very picky with hotels, as we travel a lot). Breakfast was excellent, and they checked with us multiple times if anything needed to be refilled. The pool is great, but the hot tub probably needs to be refinished at some point. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and would definitely stay again!"
