"The staff offered outstanding customer service. Property was beautiful, granted it is brand new. The rooms were like an apartment suite. It was really nice having a washer/dryer in the unit. Property was extremely clean. This is definitely a property that i would consider staying at again. Pool was nice. Offering warer slides kept children at the far end of the pool. Property was much closer to Disney parks."

"The staff when we checked in was great, however there were issues getting towels at the pool and with our key card getting into the laundry room. Come to find out you didn’t need a key card you just pushed the door and it opened. We went to the front desk several times about these two issues and we kept getting told the same thing with no sense of urgency or help. "

"Beautiful place, really clean, secured and friendly. The only thing I did not care for was having to go from check to corceige for parking space. Also having to check in at 4pm and check out at 10am, you don't have time to even check out the place, also is not like hotels from 3pm check-in and 11pm checkout. Otherwise great!"
