I would consider our family seasoned vacationers and we have rented our share of homes. This stay was one of the absolute best. The hosts have thought of everything. I'll go through some of the highlights.The pool is perfect. Heated w/hot tub, wonderfully accessible to kids and older adults. Back yard is tastefully landscaped. Plenty of seating space and easy to find shade. We cooked dinner one night and brunch one day. Used the grill on the porch for dinner. Easily accessed and the kitchen has everything you need, including some high-end items. Another perk: The pool is easily viewable from the kitchen.Hosts provided just the right amount of consumables for our group. Pool towels provided too, which was great.Two large cars fit in the one driveway we used easily.Decor and furnishing inside were perfect. Plenty of space for entertainment. Upstairs master bedroom is a real treat. Plenty of A/C and ceiling fans in each room. Proximity to downtown St. Augustine sights is unbeatable. We walked to everything in minutes.
