This recently renovated early 1900's multi-family home is full of historic charm and character with modern updates. Unit 2 is located on the first level of the home and has it's own private entrance from the back of the home. An electronic keypad is installed for easy self-check in at your convenience. As you walk up to the apartment entrance, you are greeted by a relaxing fountain and beautiful landscaping. Adventurers will LOVE the mysterious pathway leading to the front door. As you walk inside, you'll be greeted with a bright and inviting living room equipped with cozy sofa and big screen smart tv. Binge on your favorite Netflix show as you wind down for bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with the utensils, cookware, plates, and glasses for quick meals in. Various appliances are stocked including microwave, Keurig, and toaster. The old Town Trolley Tours and a great fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine. The trolley makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and will set you back around $25 per adult and $10 for kids which includes three days of unlimited rides and complimentary admission to the St. Augustine History Museum. Its close to numerous coffee shops for breakfast, fine restaurants for dinner, the harbor for evening walks and if course all the shopping and tourist venues - I can't imagine a better location. The rental was very clean, the kitchen was adequately outfitted and provisioned, the bed was very comfortable and everything suited us very nicely. It was within walking distance to everything. We visited many local restaurants and bars, the ghost walk with the jail tour was a blast. The apartment was perfect size for the 2 of us. Parking space was provided so did not have to park on the street. Location is excellent for walking to the Fort and to the Historic District.
