« Personnels au top! Super sympa. Beaucoup de boissons gratuites, même un verre de vin ! L'hôtel est très moderne, le autres hôtels devraient prendre exemple sur cet établissement ! Je recommande à 300%! »

« la plupart des chambres sont sans fenêtre extérieur, mais cela, on ne le sait qu'après avoir réservé et sans possibilité d'annuler. La chambre était poussiéreuse, bien sûr sans fenêtre, d'une superficie inférieure à ce qui est annoncé, bref avec un confort plus que médiocre. Le seul élément positif, est le restaurant qui jouxte l'hôtel, qui est lui très bien. La prochaine fois je reviendrai dans ce restaurant mais je ne remettrai plus les pieds dans cet hôtel »

« Beautiful outside setting that was clean with view of the Missouri River. Indoor pool was very small and water looked abnormally thick- didn’t get in. Room was clean. Front desk at check in was nice but rambled off a ton of information in a short time span and I didn’t get most of it. It was regarding breakfast, internet, pool/gym…. Checkout. « Very nice and clean hotel. For some reason we were out in a handicap assessable room in the first floor. Room 117. As night approached we noticed there was no shade to pull down to keep the big bright light right outside our room at bay so we could sleep. Which made it almost impossible to sleep cause it was like the dark room had the lights on. At 5:15am, the breakfast crew arrived. And we were the wall right behind them. As they opened each cubbard, drawer, etc it slammed against...

« The hotel was nice. Cindy at the front desk was sweet and polite. My only issue is that there were 5 in our party and Expedia said this room would fit 5. I assumed there would be a pull-out couch for the 5th person but there were only 2 queens. Needless to say, our night was less than comfortable. I think the fault is with Expedia and not the hotel. »

« Convenient location, underground parking in the heart of downtown »

« We appreciated that you park in a garage that was under the hotel, as it was raining when we arrived, so no carrying in our luggage in the rain. The guy at the front desk was helpful and directed us to a good restaurant for dinner. It was also close to the interpretive center we went to in the morning. It was clean and very affordable. »

« Odeurs fauves en passant devant la porte de certaines chambres. Dessus de lit et drap troués. J'ai un doute sur le changement des draps entre 2 occupants....Meubles abîmés . Cet établissement sert d'hébergement à de pauvres gens dans une situation précaire. Quasiment rien à manger au petit déjeuner et des gamins qui courent partout. Je ne recommande pas du tout »

« I made a reservation and they turned me away. They saw I used Expedia points and they didn’t accept the rate. They were looking at my price, not my price + the monetary value of the points I used. They turned me away at 10pm and I had to book another hotel. If you book with them, you better pay an acceptable rate. »
