« The room was very clean, however, the hotel was under construction. All three floors had construction going on, even in the hallways. Carpet was being laid, and I found numerous wood screws lying on the hallway, and one screw in the room. If I had stepped on one, it would have gone through the sole of my sneaker. One overhead light fixture in our room was missing the cover and the light bulbs. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom looked new but was coming loose from the wall. There were...

« The hotel was very clean, the front desk offered to put all 4 of our rooms on the same floor and as close as possible together, they maintained their pool and hot tub, kept towels stocked which isn't common to see, breakfast was being refilled and areas were being cleaned, all areas of the hotel were incredibly clean, the location of the hotel was great too. Many places to eat within walking distance (Legands was great!). Absolutely will recommend this hotel and will be returning for any future...

« We came home in the afternoon and found our door open! A carpet mechanic was laying new carpet by our room and had the door to our room open to get carpet under the door.. Nothing was wrong inside but the loss of privacy was unsettling. We have stayed here before and liked the amenities and location . We should have been given a room far from the immediate work. »

« I called twice about the TV not working and all we got answering machine. I preferred to talk to human beings and the parking lot was horrible there’s only 14 available and if you decided to leave it have dinner or to drive around town you will be parking a block away from the hotel. We hardly slept because you can hear the cars and the air conditioning was so loud. I will definitely never booked at the ARCADIA HOTEL in BOISI ever again. »

« Notre chambre avait une porte communicant avec la chambre d’à coté , on entendait tous les bruits des voisins. La seconde nuit fut vraiment mauvaise car les clients de la chambre d’à coté ont débarqué à 2h30 en parlant fort et faisant bcp de bruits , ils ont même tenté d’ouvrir la porte communicante. L’ayant signalé à la réception, on nous a proposé en compensation d’ajouter des points à notre compte fidélité . Les points n’ont même pas été crédités . »
