Location de vacances de particulier à Springville

« The host was very responsive and gave me all of the details needed for our stay. The house was super clean, the beds were so comfortable, and the unit was in the cutest little town. »

« We had the most wonderful time. This property was just as described. The house is very cozy & warm. Our family came over for Game night as we celebrated the holiday. We hated to leave, but we will be back.Rate 10 of 10Thank you againNelson family »

« Very clean. Plenty of towels, shampoos, supplies in general. Plenty of parking. Convenient to Oneonta attractions. There was some confusion about check in, check out times. When we booked the house, stated times were check in: 3:00 and check out: 11:00. Upon arrival, we were informed those times had changed to 4:00 and 10:00. Owner honored original times. »

« I stayed at this house with some colleagues for a week while we attended a work conference. We found the house to be in great condition and very clean. Alise was a kind host and she stayed in communication with me during the entire process, including leading up to check-in. I would book this house again in the future and I recommend this property for future guests. »

« This was our 4th year staying at this property. We love the location, as it’s close to all of the things we want to do. The home has so much room for us to spread out in. We were so happy to stay here again and look forward to next year. »

« Super cute and comfortable home. I really enjoyed our stay. Esmerelda was always prompt in communication. I would definitely recommend booking! »

« The surrounding properties were scary! Didn’t get out of my car. »

« This place is a dream.. like out of better home and gardening magazine.. one of the best Aframe cabins I've ever seen.. the girls loved all the amenities. Kids loved fishing in the little pond.. smores around the fire to cap off the night.. Will definitely be back. Awesome.. awesome ..awesome!! »

« I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share our experience. My family rented both Unit A and Unit B for my aunt's 70th birthday, and unfortunately, the property did not meet our expectations or the quality shown in the listing. The cleanliness was one of our biggest concerns. The bathrooms were in poor condition, the inside of the kitchen cabinets was dirty with debris, and the property did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. The bedroom in Unit...

« Had a very nice stay here when we were in town for a wedding. The property is tucked back away from major roads, in a nice quiet area. The beds were comfortable and we slept great! The Jack-and-Jill bathroom between the bedrooms was plenty spacious for the four of us to share and the half bath on the first floor came in handy. Great communication and responsiveness from the host. »

« We had the best stay at this cute spot. It was well equipped and clean. The communication with the host was amazing. We would absolutely stay here again! »

« Pictures matched actual place. »

« The place was clean and comfortable and only 6 minutes from our family. We enjoyed our visit very much and hope to return. »

« Great price and location. As advertised, quiet and secluded. »

« Cute place that needs some TLC. The pool chairs have holes in them, the patio chairs are rusted, the fence in the yard has fallen over in several places, there are window screens that have huge holes in them, there are holes in the wall that have been patched but not painted, the blinds in one of the bathrooms were broken, and the swimming pool shell is falling down in several spots. There was also a gross interior carpet that was laying next to the porch outside. These things are easily fixable...

« Host was very responsive. The house served our needs very well for my wife & I traveling with three elderly parents and a child. It has been fixed up nicely, but be aware it is still an older home with an older home feel. It is priced reasonably for what it is. We would stay here again on future visits to our Birmingham family. »
