« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the lakefront house. It was clean, comfortable, very quiet and peaceful. The small lake was perfect for kayaking and paddle boating or just sitting and being still, watching the fish jump and even perhaps catching a sight of a bald eagle fishing. The kitchen had plenty of space and everything needed for whatever you wanted to prepare. « This cute lake house was perfect for our family of three and dog. Great fishing off the dock and in the lake via canoe. Amenities were plentiful and we especially enjoyed paddle board, washer/drier, yard & games, hot tub, and fire pit. Kitchen had ample supplies for cooking & dining. Decor was quaint and beds were very comfortable. We’d definitely come back! »

Long dirt road to get there but wasn’t hard to navigate and still a close drive to general store (Cables), convenience store/pizzaria (Arlo’s) or restaurants (The Beacon) for weekend needs. « Loved the old world charm combined with comfortable modern conveniences. Excellent location on the lake that offers good swimming and views. The kayaks and paddle boards were a big plus as were the yard games and extra refrigerator. My family, who lives in the area, came for a barbecue.
