"Very nice and comfortable hotel. It seems to be a real bargain. This is my third stay at a Greenstay. So far i have been impressed. Some areas could use a freshen up but for the price you pay, its a real bargain . The rooms are top notch."

I called to request a late checkout and was told it was fine. However, when I returned after breakfast, housekeeping had already stripped the room and removed towels. The front desk said they assumed I had checked out and did nothing to fix it—only apologized—leaving me without basic amenities for my remaining two hours."

"Booket two rooms with two queen beds, and they overbooked and gave one of my rooms away, and had to settle for a king with a sofa bed. Customer service offered breakfast, but we were specifically going to leave the next morning for breakfast. As a whole, there was no real work to make things right."
