Points forts : Communication
Chad was very accommodating, and communication was friendly and willing to go the extra mile. I never actually made it to his cute bungalow because I made an error when booking in Springfield, IL, and I should have booked in Springfield, OH. Chad was thoughtful in understanding my circumstances and was reasonable in helping me out with a costly mistake. I really appreciate his kindness. I feel certain he is a gracious host and that his place is as described! Chad, thank you again!
