« Very nice rental with pool and pet friendly, which was great for our trip since we had two dogs traveling. The pool and outdoor area was very nice and where we spent most of our time. Melinda was very easy to contact and a great host without being intrusive. Would highly recommend this rental. »

« This stay—this home—was beyond wonderful! A beautiful, out-of-the-hubbub location mere steps from the beach. We took advantage of both decks and the beach daily, including frequent swimming in the Gulf. A very well-appointed kitchen, including a small, quiet dishwasher. Big TV with ample streaming services for after dark entertainment. Delicious food and atmosphere at Bayport Inn a couple miles away, but we dined in more often than not. What a blessing that this place is made available for...

« This is the second property I rent from Nina, as I have been in and out of construction on my home for a year. Their places, including this one; are clean, look 100% like the pictures and have all the items in the condo's I would need at home. one block from main street, but still a very quiet area. Thank you again!! »

« We absolutely loved our stay at this sparkling clean home! Elaine was a phenomenal host—communication was a breeze and check-in was incredibly easy. Plus, having our pets stay for free made the trip even better! We spent unforgettable quality time together by the perfect pool and fell in love with the peaceful lake, which was teeming with beautiful birds and wildlife. It is the ultimate vacation spot: just minutes from the excitement of Tampa, but tucked away in a relaxing, scenic paradise. We...
