  • Peace and comfort awaits you at this spacious 4 bedroom 2 bath that sleeps 8, located in a nice and calm neighborhood. Master BR. poses king size bed, walk-in
    closet and own bathroom with shower. 2nd. BR. queen size bed, 3rd. BR. queen size bed, 4th.BR. full size bed. Linen closet fully equipped for all guests. Laundry room with washer/ dryer, soap, iron and board. Kitchen with beautiful granite countertops with upgraded appliances: Stove, Fridge, microwave, toaster-oven, coffee maker etc. Cupboards and drawers with lots of pots and pans, dishes and utensils. Family room: cable TV, WIFI, phone and a Bar to relax and even enjoy a bottle of fine wine(on the house). Dining area is spacious and seats 6-8 and leads to the patio and pool area to relax, eat, swim or simply splash. This is home away from home.

We loved this house, the pool, and the way the neighborhood is very quiet but still close to restaurants and stores. The house is very easy to find. Having the screen around the pool was great! Not a single mosquito bite while in the pool or in chairs around the pool. The actual house is better than the pics, the kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of towels for pool and showers, even some bottled water in the frige and a couple of noodles and balls to play in the pool. The wifi was fast. James is a wonderful host, made we had everything we needed when we arrived. The check out process was very reasonable, just a few minor things that only took about 5 minutes. We hope to visit the area again soon and will check to see if this house is available.

Perfect for our family trip! The home was spacious, comfortable, and incredibly kid-friendly. The kids absolutely loved the pool. We especially loved the host James who greeted us and called mid-week to ensure everything was as expected. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the entire place was sparkling clean. We would absolutely stay here again."

We could not have asked for a better stay for our vacation! The host met us day of arrival and gave all instructions and made sure I had his number if there were any problems. The house was minutes away from places like WM and DD (because you need coffee). We were very happy to get out and do activities and come back to the house and have a swimming pool. It was also nice to have a washer and dryer so we were able to keep wash items we used and put them up before leaving. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for family vacation rental that is close by to shops, but also in a quiet neighborhood so you can enjoy downtime.

James is the GOAT! Met us at check in and gave us info on the wifi and amenities. He was genuinely interested in our singing group retreat, so we chatted for a bit. Great location! Would consider a return visit!

From the moment I booked until the day we left, James was the most attentive host I’ve had for any property I’ve stayed at. The home is beautiful, very clean and a comfortable place for family to come back to each evening. We were in the Homosassa area for a family funeral and we appreciated the home to be together but have our own space as well. Highly recommended and if in the area again we will return! Thank you James!

We had an excellent stay at this beautiful, spacious home. Very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We appreciated the location close to Weeki Wachee Springs State Park, and also enjoyed having a pool to relax in! James is a delightful host - great communication and very responsive.

Home away from home

Mr. Bertram is the best host that anyone can ask for. The house is always pristine and stocked, meeting him at the house for check in is a pleasure and he keeps the pool very clean. I will always check if this house is available when visiting family in Spring Hill.

Nice, quiet place to relax

We have to leave our home twice a year due to Bike Week and Biketoberfest (the noise is so loud). We really enjoyed our nice, quiet and relaxing stay in Spring Hill.

Birthday weekend
