The neighbors tend to play very loud music in the morning but wasn’t that bad, you can’t use the blankets on the beds so it’s better to bring your own blanket since he has throws in the closets. We had a wonderful stay at this Weeki Wachee home! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family getaway. The kids especially loved the pool—it was a huge hit! We made lots of great memories together and truly appreciated how well-stocked and welcoming the home was. The house was clean well furnished with all the amenities. We will absolutely be booking this home again if we are back in the area. I recommend the hour and 20 minute drive to Clearwater Beach as the beaches closer are not as clean. There are grocery stores and restaurants within a 10-minute Drive. The neighborhood was quiet. There is nothing bad I can say about our stay except maybe I wish it was longer. ##### Tiffany L. There is no option for self check in and he got upset with us (no apologies, counting it a "misunderstanding") after forgetting the message he replied to in VRBO that said we would call on the way because we couldn't guarantee a 4:00 arrival. A simple lockbox with a code sent via VRBO would have avoided both our frustration as well as his. The house had everything we needed (and then some) for a decent stay, with the exception of no second key and the outdoor grill in the photographs was not there. There's plenty of storage, a large kitchen with everything you need to make a meal, plenty of dish detergent as well as soap throughout the entire house, cleaners, lots of towels, a washer and dryer that worked flawlessly with provided detergent, as well as a very refreshing pool. The house does show some age and there were a few janitorial items we had to take care of but reflected in the price. Had it not been for the unkind phonecall on the day of check in, we would have gladly stayed again. ##### Amy S.
