« The jet tub took at least a half hour to fill to where the jets kicked in, however the water never got above lukewarm! It took 5-10 minutes for the sink hot water to only get lukewarm! This was unacceptable, we couldn’t even take a shower in lukewarm water! There were communication issues with Expedia and The Hazeltine Owner, not responding to our messages. »

« The room was beautiful. The on site restaurant for our dinner, and the next morning’s breakfast buffet was amazing. Easy check in and out. The outdoor hot tub had teens with water guns, and they weren’t being monitored by staff, or their parents. We felt like we couldn’t utilize the hot tub because the teens were being careless in such a small space. Staff or cameras should be in that specific area. »

L’administratrice m’avait dit que c’était sans problème mais présentement ce n’est pas ce que je vois sur ma carte de crédit visa. Elle devait me rembourser 2 nuits. »

« This is a beautiful property. The rooms are spacious with a gorgeous view of the lake. They have coffee stations on every floor which is very convenient. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. »
