Location de vacances de particulier à Spring City

« Lovely house in West Chester, we used it for a long weekend with family doing touristy things in Philadelphia, it was nice to be able to get out of the city in the evenings. »

« Homestead Vacation Home is a clean, comfortable and spacious house in a peaceful and private setting. With all of the basics, in addition to many extras, this place truly feels like home while being on vacation. The location is ideal as it’s situated in a rural setting yet close to many area attractions. This was our second time staying here and we would love to return again next year! »

« The stay was great. Perfect location for our needs. Would definitely stay again »

« This beautiful farmhouse situated comfortably in the woods of Mohnton, PA makes the perfect backdrop to your weekend get away. Whether you are hosting a family get together, a bachelorette weekend, or a work retreat, there is something for everyone. The home itself is absolutely beautiful, has lots of room to spread out, comfortable seating and sleeping areas, a cozy firepit, and is located by horses and a pond for that nice country feel. The surrounding area has lots to do in any direction. Our...

« Overall, we were disappointed with our stay. When we arrived, the AC had been turned off, a window was open, and it was 91 degrees in the house. It took quite a while to cool the place down enough to be comfortable. More concerning, after we left and unpacked at our next destination, we found mouse droppings in some of our food, which appears to have happened during our stay. That was very unsettling and raised serious concerns about cleanliness and pest control. The host may want to address...

« Overall great host and in a good location with easy walk into town. Stairs to second floor are quite shallow and steep, if anyone in your group has difficulty with stairs I would reconsider as only bathroom is upstairs. The TV was a bit strange as it always had ads running on lower part of TV stand even when turned off. There was a camera on top that apparently senses when ads are being viewed. That felt uncomfortable but we just put a magazine over it. The air conditioning in each bedroom...

« Located just 25min from Lancaster and about 20min from Bird in Hand, this property is a dream. You get to wake up to the clopping of the horse drawn buggies and go to bed with the singing of the bugs! You are right in Amish county proper. The house is clean and very well maintained, the grounds are well kept and it fells like a home away from home. The host has thought of everything from dish soap to bath soap and shampoos. AC works wonderfully and kitchen is spotless. Rooms are more than...

« Amazing host instantly response, property as described with great taste, the only thing I would say is to mention it’s two or three Ish properties down from the state police and that Waze sometimes doesn’t ping it correctly. Besides that I highly recommend this property and working with the host as well. I took off a start for price & regret it because it was more then fair given the market & I should frankly raise my rates when I sublet- just getting used to the inflated market! A this host...
