"Could be better, with how pricey it is to stay here"

"Parking situation is terrible. Very small lot that was $7 a night. Walking up to room we were immediately worried because the steps and walkways need swept, and vacuuming. Room was fairly clean. Also needed a broom and a mop. You could smell that animals had been in here. Bed was actually comfortable, and bedding was clean. We only had one towel, and when we got up to shower, the office was closed still, so had to share it. I wouldn’t stay here again."

"We are very impressed with the experience we had because our room was next to some very unruly neighbours and, when we brought it to the attention of the front desk, we weren’t really expecting much to be done because the hotel was pretty full. So, it was a pleasant surprise to hear from Jonathan, the manager, with an offer to move to another room. Not only that he gave us a bag of goodies as a peace offering, which was such a nice touch! Our recommendation would be that if you choose to stay in this hotel that you choose a room opposite to 7-11 – very busy area no matter what time of day!"
