"The room was fine. King size bed was comfortable and we slept well every night. The breakfast was good with lots of choices which varied daily. However the food that should have been hot (eggs, sausage, potatoes) was barely warm. One of the only two elevators in the building was out of order the entire 4 days we were there."

"The room was clean. There was a few pans to cook with in the full kitchen which also had silverware, some utensils, toaster, coffee maker, coffee, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, cups, glasses, refrigerator and washer and dryer. The indoor pool was a nice size and jacuzzi. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from the screened in balcony with chairs and table. When we contacted the office, they brought us ice and more creamer within a short time. The shower was clean and we enjoyed the soap and lotion. The closet in the bathroom was a good size. We liked the larger size bath towels too. The parking was close. Read the fine print in emails, Not all buildings have functioning elevators. I called ahead of time to make sure we had an elevator as my husband is disabled and had my 87 year old mil with us. We had a good experience and would come back again."

"We always enjoy our stay here. The new owners are updating the property as it seems to need some attention. The upper rooms are only accessible via stairs. There is no elevator. Breakfast is somewhat lacking in variety, especially fruit. The room air conditioners have a constant on fan, which I really like."

"The property is well located. It was clean. Did not like that the dishwasher was not attached to the cabinet so was just sitting in there and rocked. I could tell the property was older as the long blinds had a slat or two missing and one hanging longer than the others."

"Our King bed room was a very nice size, clean and not noisy, even in the ground floor . It was in a great location for the things we wanted to see in Branson. A very nice hot breakfast each morning was a bonus. We would stay there again if we travel that way.."
