"The hotel was great. The room was clean, bathroom is nice and the bed is comfy. I like the sliding glass door to get the fresh air. However........ I was on the 4th floor, they rent a room out on the roof to some people that live up there. At 10pm i heard what sounded like someone just punching walls and slamming things on the floor. Then this man was just yelling at the top of his lungs at someone. Then i heard a women crying and screaming to stop. I called the front desk and they said they would take care of it. Well, they didn't. I walked down to the front desk and told the clerk what was going on and he just said "yea he does that all the time, we've called the cops on him several times". He didn't even care. He walked back upstairs with me and told the guy to stop and keep the noise down. That lasted about 10 minutes. Tried to call the front desk again, no answer. So, we struggled to get to sleep. At 430am I heard what sounded like someone getting thrown on the ground and a woman screaming "I'm sorry, I'm sorry" and the guy screaming at her. I had to call the cops and they knew him BY NAME!! after a bit, the cops left and wouldn't you know, the yelling and screaming started AGAIN. So we got up and left. I thought the hotel was nice and would stay here again, but there is no way. That was the worst experience of my life. 0/10 do not recommend."

"The stay was overall good. Check in process was easy at the front desk kiosk. The room was definitely not the cleanest. I found previous person’s belongings in the room. There was leftover food in the fridge and a hair tie on the bedside table. Plus one of the towels had a stain on it. This shows the rooms are not cleaned thoroughly after each guest and it’s disgusting."
