"Nostalgic beautifully renovated Hotel, enjoyed my stay immensely. "

"Room was clean and convenient for handicap accessible with automatic doors and lowered beds. Surprisingly there was not a handicap, accessible shower, and you had to step up into it over the tub lip.The food at the restaurant was just OK but the service was really slow. The service at the bar was also less than stellar. We saw several people come in and sit for about 10 minutes and never got waited on so they left. Granted there was one staff member however she was in the back room half the time. "

"We were given the wrong room, the correct room was not clean and had toilet issues. The toilet did get fixed promptly but the cleaning was not done well even after asking for it."

"I stayed for 4 nights. Room was clean and bed was so comfortable I slept great every night! Hotel staff were always welcoming and very polite. Perfect location! Everything was walking distance. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Cleveland! 10/10"

"The beds were not the best this time smells and stains on all of the bedding including the pillowcases fitted sheets EVERYTHING We had to strip the beds, disinfect them then make the beds from scratch. The htel hostess was nice enough to bring us clean bedding so we tipped her"
